Dear Shine ...We just wanted to thank you for playing at our wedding at theButchers Hall on 27th Sept. Everyone was talking about how great you were, and the dancefloor was full all night. Even elderly relatives, some who can't walk unaided, found they could still dance! You made it a wonderful and memorable night. Thank you! Chris & Helen - wedding We had a sensational time and you were FANTASTIC! Jack and I danced together all night to every number you played and only took a break when you did. We loved it ! We so much appreciated that you played for longer and responded to the cries for more! (the poor DJ was almost completely redundant!!). It will be years before we can afford another party ourselves, but will recommend you to everyone else and if you are still going when we do have another occasion we will be in touch! Charlotte Gibbs - 40th Birthday Party The main reason for writing is to thank you so much for a smooth and very successful event. The band was fantastic and we received a lot of very positive feedback. Deborah and the guys were brilliant. Everyone was dancing all night, the dance floor was never empty. We would definately book Shine again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them. We were all extremely pleased. An excellent evening was had by all. I have had so many wonderful letters from guests and the wedding saying how much they enjoyed it and how great the band was! It was just a shame we had to leave before the party ended! Thank you again, you were all brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to anyone, it was the best day of our lives. Claire & Rich Harris - wedding As promised a quick note to thank you and the band for a super show on 3rd November, both we and our guests loved the music - indeed many of them have written to thank us for the whole event as well as mentioning 'Shine' in particular. Rory & Caroline Waterer - wedding Just wanted to say that we all loved Jo and Ed's wedding on Satur - day - your band really is fantastic - and both Roland and I are so excited that you will playing for us on Sept 15th. To be honest it will be pretty much the same crowd again - so you can expect lots of dancing! I have to say I have never seen so many people dancing at a wedding - and am hoping that it will be similar on the 15th. The music was fantastic and everyone is still raving about how great you were. Thank you - you created such a brilliant atmosphere and really did help make our day the best ever. Everybody got on the dance floor which was great, including a couple of friends who are renowned for never dancing so you worked wonders! My father didn't leave the floor and danced with every single one of my girl friends which although I have to give my friends some credit, I'm sure was mainly down to your great tunes!! Katherine Massey - wedding Just wanted to say thank you to you and the rest of the band for doing such a superb job for us at our wedding. Phil's currently working on an excuse for another huge party so that we can book you again ... Hannah Wylde - wedding I felt that I must write to thank you for your part in helping to make our Red Balloon Ball such a success. It was an excellent evening and we received many compliments on your behalf. Well after 12.30 the dance floor was still crowded and people were reluctant to go home. On behalf of the British Lung Foundation I would like to thank you and the band for working so hard to make a very enjoyable evening a fundraising success.
